2. Products and Pricing

- All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless otherwise stated.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions accurately. Minor variations between images and the physical product may occur.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund offered.

3. Order Acceptance

- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

4. Payment

- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including card payments and Cash on Delivery (where available).
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which complies with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law), its executive regulations, or Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Modern Technology-Based Trade. Where any term conflicts with these laws, the law prevails.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to SOLIDS LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, SOLIDS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this Site or its products, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or as required by applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
